I joined ZENDA® after a 25+ year, cross-disciplinary career as a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley. Having been both a client and a firm believer in applying human-centered design (HCD) to solve complex business challenges, I bring a deep passion for transformative solutions to my role.
Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to leverage a powerful blend of strategic agility, execution-focused leadership, and financial acumen to drive global transformation initiatives. These efforts created efficiencies, mitigated risk, and scaled businesses during periods of significant growth and a rapidly evolving regulatory environment. In my global leadership roles—ranging from Head of New Products, CAO/CIO for Merchant Banking, and Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance Officer to Operational Risk Head for Finance and Head of Internal Audit for corporate functions—I’ve worked to navigate complex landscapes while delivering impactful results.
As a recognized change agent with a strong bias for action, I’ve successfully led distributed work teams across disciplines and business lines. My work has focused on remediating operational deficiencies, building new infrastructure and capabilities, enhancing internal controls, and evolving the financial reporting landscape to meet the demands of dynamic and complex environments.
