Senior Product Manager

Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the go-to-market planning, customer and business strategy, and market-fit refinement as we introduce our flagship AI-driven SaaS product. The ideal candidate will have proven success launching enterprise-grade software solutions, possess deep expertise in business process optimization, and demonstrate thorough knowledge of security and compliance requirements for large-scale enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, clearly defining positioning, messaging, pricing, and sales enablement in collaboration with sales, marketing, and leadership teams.
• Drive analysis of market trends, customer pain points, and competitive intelligence to continuously refine product-market fit and proactively address market opportunities.
• Establish and manage robust customer feedback channels, translating insights into actionable product features and improvements.
• Create and oversee the strategy for an enterprise-grade help desk and customer support framework, ensuring high-quality support, timely issue resolution, and continuous customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate directly with licensing, compliance, and account management teams to streamline operational processes, manage risks, and ensure smooth onboarding and retention of enterprise customers.
• Champion user-centric product design by working closely and proactively with UX/UI teams to ensure that customer insights are integrated into design decisions and user experiences.
• Maintain deep, current knowledge of enterprise security, data privacy, regulatory compliance standards (e.g., SOC2, ISO 27001, GDPR), ensuring our product meets or exceeds these critical benchmarks.
• Lead cross-functional planning sessions and ensure alignment among product, engineering, sales, marketing, customer success, and leadership teams for effective execution of product strategy and roadmap.
  

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, specifically launching, managing, and scaling enterprise-grade SaaS solutions.
• Demonstrated success in defining, leading, and executing strategic go-to-market initiatives resulting in significant market adoption and growth.
• Proven expertise and deep understanding of business process optimization, workflow automation, or related enterprise solutions.
• Extensive experience working with multi-tenant SaaS platforms, including detailed knowledge of SaaS business models, architectures, security best practices, and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC2, ISO 27001, GDPR).
• Strong track record of effectively partnering with cross-functional teams—particularly sales, marketing, customer success, and engineering—to align on product strategy, feature prioritization, and roadmap execution.
• Exceptional ability to build and manage influential relationships with executive stakeholders, customers, and internal teams to drive alignment and achieve strategic business outcomes.
• Significant experience collaborating with UX/UI teams to develop high-quality, user-centered product designs and interfaces.
• Proven analytical and strategic capabilities, adept at leveraging market research, customer insights, and data analytics to make informed, data-driven product decisions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree, or relevant industry certifications highly desirable.
