How we started

At ZENDA, we’ve spent years Seeing Business® by helping organizations achieve transformative change by focusing on the balance of all dimensions of work. For decades, we have worked shoulder to shoulder with management consultants, product vendors and our clients’ business, technology and workforce stakeholders to transform business operations. We identified a gap—businesses need a scalable solution that can capture the true complexity of operations, leverage human insights from the context of work, and evolve operations intelligently. That’s why we created the ZENDA platform.

Each of our partners has decades of experience in operational design for complex enterprises—a space few venture into. Our roots extend to the largest global industrial software development efforts, and we cut our teeth in an internationally respected technology-design firm, working with leading global brands such as IBM, Microsoft, Ford, McDonald’s, Goldman Sachs, Bloomberg, Johnson & Johnson, NHS, National Grid, and many others.
